A view from the adjoining fairy room that shows the "boat" anchored on the ocean floor. The shape came from the attic eaves jutting into the space and gave us the idea for the room theme. Dolphins play on the ceiling, and sea turtles swim in the sunbeams coming through the water. A throw ring life preserver floats above with the familys boats name on it.
One of the biggest hits was our life-sized mermaid combing her hair in one of the rooms focal areas.
Fairy Bedroom
A little girls bedroom created in a same finished attic space as the ocean playroom. The loft is
actually the turret of the roof peak. Once you climb up the ladder you can stand up inside the space.
The owners added a plexiglass front and ladder access. Truly magical!
